To become a member you must to be at least 18 years of age.

By using this Web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, permission and ability to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Prior to your becoming a member, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age.

Check Services UK retains the right to make minor changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior warning.

You understand that you are fully responsible for the disclosure and content of any information about yourself that you provide to other Members of our service or that you include in any profile of you. Check Services UK has no responsibility for any information disclosed by you to any other Member of our service or the manner in which such information is used.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain the security of the information that you provide to us, you understand that Check Services UK does not guarantee that any information you transmit electronically is secure or will be protected from unauthorized use or distribution. You assume the risk of any information you transmit electronically being used in an improper or unauthorized manner. You understand that Check Services UK shall have no liability to you arising out of the publication of any information about you or any Reproduction of you, which you have distributed or displayed, on our service. You give up and release Check Services UK from any and all claims arising out of the use of such personal information or Reproductions by any third party, including any unauthorized copying or modifications of such information. You also agree that Check Services UK is not the author/publisher of any information provided by our Members and that you and our other Members are the authors/publishers of such information.

Refunds will be given in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management.

Check Services UK will approve each original profile individually. If changes are made to your profile, then these changes will also be approved. We do not, however, accept responsibility for the content of any emails that are sent between members. Abusive words are not allowed! Should you continue to use abusive words on this site then your membership will be cancelled without any refunds.

Members represent and warrant that any content placed by Member on Check Services UK's site does not breach or infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights and that Members have the right to publish such content.

Except in authorities were such provisions are restricted (and in that event liability is disclaimed to the fullest extent allowable by law), in no event will Check Services UK be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, important, exemplary, incidental, special or disciplinary damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the site or the Check Services UK service, even if Check Services UK has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Check Services UK liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Check Services UK for the service during the term of membership.

Check Services UK reserves the right to cancel any Membership if any Member behaves in any manner, which disturbs or obstructs Check Services UK's service, fails to abide by Check Services UK's Terms and Conditions. If Check Services UK receives repeated complaints about a Member from other Members or if any Member acts in a threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful manner toward Check Services UK staff or other Members, Check Services UK will cancel membership immediately.

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, you will not receive a refund, of membership fees paid.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for suspension of the Service, regardless of the cause of the interruption or suspension.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service are and shall be owned by Check Services UK, completely. Those rights include, but are not limited to, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, wherever existing in the world, together with the right to apply for protection of the same. All other trademarks, logos, service marks, company or product names set forth in Service are the property of their respective owners.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Check Services UK. Its officers, employees, agents, and third parties, from your use of the service, including any violation of these rules or any accusation that the information that you post infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party or that such information belittles, libels or invades the privacy of any third party.

If the site requires any upgrades and / or technical issues resolving then there may be periods when the service is off-line. Check Services UK will make all reasonable efforts to ensure these periods are kept to a minimum.

This Agreement is entered into in England and shall be governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law. The courts of England shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any cost, action or proceedings, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with these rules, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Using the service constitutes acceptance of these rules.

All Images submitted for display on a personal page are subject to approval by Check Services UK, at our sole discretion; no Images depicting pornographic or illegal activities will be displayed. You agree to abide by copyright laws and further agree not to copy, reproduce, retransmit, deliver, issue, commercially exploit, or otherwise transfer any such copyrighted material in any format, electronic or otherwise except as provided by copyright laws.

Check Services UK does not make any representation or warranty to you, either express or implied, regarding its service including, but not limited to, any statement or warranty that its service is appropriate or fit for any particular purpose. Check Services UK does not warrant that its service is secure, private, or that any information that you provide the service will be kept confidential except as set forth herein.

Conduct and Behaviour

By joining Check Services UK all Members agree:

To use Check Services UK's service for the purpose intended and not for any illegal or irrefutable purpose.

Not to publish or transmit any statement or materials or engage in any conduct which may be offensive to others or considered rude, tasteless, irreverent, coarse, slanderous, prejudiced, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate via Check Services UK.

To treat all personal information obtained by other Members via Check Services UK as confidential and not to disclose, edit, or use such personal information without the prior written consent of the providing Member.

Not to disrupt or interfere with Check Services UK's services and not to transmit via Check Services UK any unsolicited commercials or advertising materials.

To treat all Members with respect and courtesy.

General Responsibilities

As a member of Check Services UK you must abide to the following rules:

We will be reviewing all content placed on the site. If we feel that it is not suitable we will not authorize the display of the content and may ask you to change what you have placed. We will also review all photographs and if we feel they are not suitable they will not be used. Offensive language is NOT allowed on this site. If you do not adhere to the above responsibilities we reserve right to cancel or restrict your membership.
